Kirk LaFountaine is the best real estate agent in the area by far....I called Kirk at 8:30 pm and asked him about a property that came on the market, I told him i like the property and would like to make a offer in the morning...he said lets do it now because this was going to go quick.....he drove to the office and wrote the offer at 10:00 pm and had acceptance the next day.....Kirk is the hardest working realtor by far....and continues to keep in touch........if you want that perfect property.....call Kirk......he will get the job done.
